Order Processing and Costs

At Fastnacht we enjoy the excitement of shooting and we love our gear and improving our equipment set-up; so we know that you want your purchase as soon as possible. For the time being we have set up our shipping charges to reflect the safest and fastest way to get your crossbow or accessories to you. As the our crossbows are a valuable investment into your kit our shipping will require your signature on delivery. We will process your order with 24 hours of receiving your order and the next business day it will be on its way to you. (Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays or received after 5pm will be processed the next business day). It takes about 3-5 business days before you will receive your purchase. 

As 2022 brings unforeseen shipping delays and increased carrier costs we are constantly adjusting our shipping to reflect the best deal we can offer you. Currently we are offering a number of cost effective choices for shipping. Please choose the one that suits you best.

International Shipping

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. We will soon be shipping to Canada. For our customers in Canada, please reach out to us by e-mail and we will see what we can do for you.

Returns and Refunds

Within 30 days of receiving your order you have the right to return it for a refund provided you send us a clear scan receipt or proof of purchase AND the item is unused and in its original packaging; along with all tags, manuals, hardware and tools. This means crossbows, bow strings and bolts must be UNFIRED. If any parts are missing we will deduct it from your refund.

After 30 days, we are very sorry but we will be unable to accommodate your return.

PLEASE NOTE: Because all returns must be thoroughly inspected and properly repackaged to original factory specifications, we will need deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund. 

We will refund your order through your method of payment, minus the restocking fee, within 14 days of receiving it at our warehouse. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty Returns

As Fastnacht is Ek Archery Research's North American dealer, we will fulfill all of the warranty obligations for the Ek products that you purchase. Before you send us a crossbow or an accessory that is under warranty please drop us a line and let us know what has happened we will need some specific information from you and some pictures of the issue. We will cover the costs of shipping and repair or replace the product to your satisfaction. Our warranty criteria for crossbows:

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, we guarantee 1 year warranty service to the original purchaser for our crossbows against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect the crossbow's operation. However, crossbow strings, bolts, bags, cosmetic appearance and component parts and those which are subject to a variety of conditions in normal use are considered to be consumable parts will be excluded.
This limited warranty will be void if the following occur :
  • Damage is caused by dry-firing or by using underweight arrows/bolts.
  • The instructions in the owner's manual are not followed.
  • The crossbow or any of its parts or accessories are altered from their original state.
  • The crossbow has not been maintained properly.
  • Failure or damage was caused by improper calibration or by abnormal use.
Please carefully package and return the product, transportation charges pre-paid to us. All accessory items must be removed from the crossbow prior to shipping. If after examining a returned product, the dealer determines that the product is not subject to this limited warranty, product repairs can be provided at then-current repair rates informed by the dealer.
